FAQ

34 ROSE accepts the following payment methods during the order process: iDeal and PayPal. At this moment it is not possible to pay afterwards.

Did you not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, but has the order amount already been deducted from your account? Please send an e-mail to flore@34rose.nl and we will look into it.

Do you have a discount code of 34 ROSE and do you want to use it during the order process? This is possible! During the completion of your order you can add a discount code below the header ‘coupons’. If you need any help with ordering, you can always send an e-mail to flore@34rose.nl , we are always willing to help you.

Shipment within The Netherlands

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days with the courier Post NL. The order, depending on the courier service, will arrive within 1-3 working days. You will always receive a track and trace code from 34 ROSE, in order to track your order whenever you want.

34 ROSE does not calculate shipping costs on orders with a total amount higher than €20,00 within The Netherlands. Your order will be shipped in a mailbox package (traceable). Is your total order amount less than €20,00? Then the shipping costs are:

  • Mailbox package (traceable): €1,95
  • Parcel post (traceable) till 10 kg: €5,95

Please keep in mind that during sale or busy periods shipment can take a bit longer and we will ship your order within 1-5 working days after placing the order.

Shipment within Europe

Do you want to place an order, but do you live in Europe? We do ship to Europe. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days with the courier DPD. During completion of the order you can re-calculate the shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

  • Mailbox package (traceable): €4,95

If your order has a total amount of €100,00 or more, your order will be shipped for free with the option ‘Mailbox package (not traceable)’. In addition, you still have the option to track your package for €11,95. You will receive a track and trace code from 34 ROSE, so you can track you order any time with the option ‘Parcel post’.

Please keep in mind that during sale or busy periods shipment can take a bit longer and we will ship your order within 1-5 working days after placing the order.

We always aim to sell products with high quality. However, if it you do want to return an item or order, you can return the item(s)/order within a period of 14 days after receiving the order. .

All items that are returned must not be broken, used or worn. Returns must be sent in the original packaging in order to receive your purchase amount in return. As soon as 34 ROSE has received and processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation. The amount of your return will be paid in the same way as the initial payment took place.

With every order you will receive a return form, on which you can indicate what you want to return and on which you can inform us about the reason of return. Please put this return form always in the same package as the items you are returning. Without this return form we cannot process your return. It is important to know that the package you send return, is entirely at your own expense. If the package is still sent without return costs, 34 ROSE does not accept the package and the return cannot be processed.

OOur apologies if your order is incomplete or if items are broken/damaged. Please contact our customer service within 2 days after receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to flore@34rose.nl with all relevant information. If you received an article that is broken or damaged, always send clear photos in the e-mail of the damaged/broken article(s).

We will process your complaint within 14 working days and come up with a suitable solution.

34 ROSE gives 6 months legal guarantee on your purchases. If the purchase within the aforementioned period has a defect or there occurs a problem, please send an e-mail to flore@34rose.nl stating your order number, the problem/defect and attach clear pictures of the article which demonstrate the defect/problem.

34 ROSE always takes your complaint seriously. Within 14 working days we will respond and come up with a suitable solution.

Most items 34 ROSE sells are delicate. We expect that all our articles will be treated with care and in the right way. We always refer to the ‘care’ page where we give more information how you can handle your jewelry best. Items that show defects/problems or are broken due incorrect handling are not covered within this guarantee. In addition, the guarantee does not apply to jewelry that is discolored and does not apply to jewelry with a plating.

After you placed and paid the order, and after you received the order confirmation it is not possible to cancel your order. Orders can be returned within 14 days after receiving.
